Description

As part of Hassan Allam Holding's commitment to developing young Saudi talent and strengthening ties with academic institutions, the Regional Learning & Development Department organized and hosted site visits for Civil and MEP Engineering students from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University at the Al Kharj Entertainment Complex project. The visits took place on October 19 for Civil Discipline and October 26, 2024 for MEP Discipline , offering students a full-day immersive experience from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The program was carefully designed to bridge academic knowledge with real-world applications. It included an overview of Hassan Allam Construction’s operations and the Al Kharj project, an introduction to the Technical Office to demonstrate coordination between design and site execution, and a guided site tour linking drawings to on-ground construction activities. In addition, students participated in developmental workshops on CV Consulting and Business Email Writing, reflecting our ongoing efforts to support employability skills and enhance career readiness. This initiative forms part of our broader CSR and talent development strategy, aiming to inspire the next generation of engineers while promoting the company’s culture of learning, growth, and excellence in the Saudi construction sector.
